Web CONTACT form: Form to handle questions regarding CHIEMIVALL services.

- Purpose: To respond to requests for information users place through this channel regarding the products and services of CHIEMIVALL and to establish and maintain commercial relations.

- Purpose: To register users to receive the services of CHIEMIVALL and to establish and maintain commercial relations.
- Legal basis: Based on the consent granted by the User to CHIEMIVALL for the services indicated and the legitimate interest of developing commercial relations.
- Term of handling: The data will be kept as long as required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until the user requests said data be deleted. Once deleted, said data may be kept for up to six years to make available to the public administration, courts and judges, to address or defend any possible liabilities arising from said processing.

After said period, said data may be kept for up to six years to make available to the public administration, courts and judges, to address or defend any possible liabilities arising from said processing.
- CLIENTS/SUPPLIERS: Professional personal data provided by clients and/or suppliers to provide services and manage the legal or contractual relationship.
- Data collected: Name, surname, ID number, professional contact address, email address, professional contact phone number.
- Purpose: to manage the contractual relationship for the service.
- Legal basis: the existing legal or contractual relationship required to provide the service.
- Term of handling: The data will be kept as long as required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or deleted. Once finished or deleted, said data may be kept for up to six years to make available to the public administration, courts and judges, to address or defend any possible liabilities arising from said processing.
Users are aware of and expressly accept that by accepting any of the purposes listed above their data will be added to the CHIEMIVALL databases and their personal data will be transferred to the company, notified on the website www.carbonactivo.com at all times, which may be used for the aforementioned purposes. Said transfer is done for the same processing purposes, same data categories, same handling term and same exercise of rights. Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, limit, oppose to or request portability of their data held by CHIEMIVALL. While the processing purpose endures or until users expressly request their personal data be deleted from our files, we will continue handling the data compiled as it is necessary for processing and users continue to be interested in being part of said files.
